As a courtesy, you will receive a text and/or email to confirm your service appointment beginning two days before your appointment date. If you do not respond to your text and/or email, I will attempt a second confirmation one day before your scheduled appointment. If I have not received a response by 8am on the day of your appointment, I will cancel your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
A credit card must be entered prior to your first visit. Why? I don't know you, and I don't know your habits. When you do not show up for your appointment, you're taking up space for someone that will.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed two days and one day in advance because I know it is possible to forget an appointment you booked months ago. I reserve the right to require prepayment.
Late arrivals cannot always be overlooked due to time constraints. If you arrive late, and we are unable to complete your service, you will be charged and you will have to re-book. Your deposit will count towards your next service for a first time offense.
Sometimes things happen, and you may not like your color when you get home, your cut doesn't style right, or you'd like more blonde. All adjustments can be made (free of charge) 7 days after your appointment.
